Lincoln Community Health Center provides critically important non-clinical, enabling services that help reduce barriers to care and increase access to health care.
Transportation Services
Lincoln Community Health Center provides transportation for Center patients who have no other means of transportation to the Center and its various referral sources. Any registered patient who lives within Durham County, who has no means of transportation and is unable to afford public transportation is eligible for clinic transportation. Transportation request can be mad 48 hours in advance by calling 919-956-4000.
Translation Services
Patients have the right to request interpreters at all Lincoln CHC Sites in the patients’ native language we will make every reasonable effort to fulfill your request.
