The Pharmacy provides low-cost medications and offers several programs to assist patients with medication access, adherence and understanding.
We only fill prescriptions prescribed by a LCHC Provider or patients in the Project Access of Durham County Program for registered LCHC patients.

LCHC Pharmacy accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private health insurance for medications on our formulary.

Three ways to request your refills:
- Call 919-956-4056
- Using MobileRX App
- You will be asked to enter your prescription number.
- If you have no refills remaining, then you will need to call 919-956-4056 to request your refill in order to send your provider a message requesting additional medication.
- Patients should call the medication refill line two working days before pick-up.
- Pharmacy will hold medications for five working days.
